Apuntario ("the app", "we") is an independent web tool operated by Facilon (an independent business based in Costa Rica). By using the app or this site you accept these terms.

1. What Apuntario is

Apuntario is a personal notebook for keeping track of the payments people make to you and what they still owe you for classes, club or team dues, rent, your shop’s tab or group collections. It helps you keep count, create receipts and send WhatsApp reminders from your own phone.

Apuntario is not a financial service: it doesn’t move money, doesn’t process payments between you and your customers, doesn’t hold anyone’s money and doesn’t collect payments on your behalf. You receive payments through your own means (bank transfer, PayPal, Pix, cash, etc.).

2. Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter (people, amounts, payments, receipts) is stored only on your device, inside your browser. We have no copy and can’t recover it. You are responsible for your backups: use the app’s “Backup” option regularly. If you clear your browser data, change phones without a backup or lose your device, the data is lost. 3. Your responsibilities

Only enter information you are entitled to use, and treat the details of the people you add with respect.
You send the WhatsApp messages yourself, from your own account. Be respectful: don’t use the app to harass, threaten, pressure or bother anyone, or for anything illegal.
Check amounts, receipts and statements before you share them. The app calculates from what you enter.

4. Free and full version

The app is free for up to 10 people. The full version allows unlimited people and is a one-time payment (not a subscription), at the price shown for your language: US$9.99 (Spanish and Portuguese pages: US$6.99). Depending on your country, taxes may be added at checkout. It activates in the browser of the device where you buy it, and you can restore it with your purchase code (Settings → Full version), for example when you change phones. Keep your code. It is a digital product delivered immediately after payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the merchant of record for all our orders: it processes the payment, charges any applicable taxes, issues the receipt and handles returns. The charge shows on your statement as CREEM.IO*. Creem’s terms also apply to the payment.

5. No affiliation

Apuntario is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. Trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

6. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or always available. We are not responsible for data lost on your device or for decisions you make based on the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the full version.
